Student getting started
Sign in, join your section with a learner code, and find quizzes, discussions, and grades.
A short path from first account to your first quiz on SOL
Live app: https://www.strat-ops.net/learning
1. Create your account
- Open https://www.strat-ops.net/learning.
- Choose Sign up (or go to
/learning/signup). - Use your school email when possible.
- Complete email verification if prompted, then sign in at
/learning/login.
After sign-in, open Open your dashboard — students land on the student dashboard.
2. Join your section
Your professor will share a learner enrolment code (syllabus, LMS post, email, or class slide). There is no public course catalog to browse into.
- On your student dashboard, find the enrolment form.
- Enter the learner enrolment code exactly as given.
- Submit to join the section.
You should see the section listed under your enrolments. If the code fails, double-check that you received the learner code (not a faculty code) and that there are no extra spaces.
3. Find your coursework
Once enrolled:
| Place | What you’ll find |
|---|---|
| Overview | Snapshot of enrolments and recent activity |
| Quizzes | Assigned quizzes — start or continue an attempt |
| Discussions | Socratic discussion bots assigned to your sections |
| Grades | Scores and feedback on submitted work |
Open a quiz when you are ready; follow any time limits or attempt rules your instructor set.
4. Payments (only at some institutions)
Some deployments ask students to complete enrolment payment before the full dashboard opens. If you see a payment screen, finish that step, then return to your dashboard. If payments are not enabled for your school, you can skip this entirely.
Checklist
- Signed up with school email
- Signed in and opened the student dashboard
- Joined section with the learner enrolment code
- Can see at least one quiz or discussion (once your professor assigns work)
